Want to know more about Shedding For The Wedding, CW series? Here you will watch how these engaged get involved in a 3 month long competition to shed weight. Guys they will bring a drastic change in their pattern of living and also in their food and diet habits. They will do all these things to get slim and trim look and in this noble mission the renowned nutritionist Ashley Koff (RD) will act as their guide. In addition top class physical trainers Jennifer Cohen and Nicky Holender will arrange strict work out sessions for them.
Adding spice to the Shedding For The Wedding, CW, Brian Worley will step in and help them to organize their wedding in an effective way. Can they ask for more? It is interesting to find that the wedding themes that the contestants select, reflect their own likings and preferences. For example Allison and David want their wedding to be full with Ivory and Champagne Pink colors, while Lindsay and Chase has beer pong for wedding .
In Shedding for the Wedding episodes, we will see that the couples will compete hard in order to win valuable items for wedding. Be it cakes or valuable rings or jewels, they want them all. At the end of every episode they will be weighed and the two couple who shed the least will undergo a tough challenge. Loosing that challenge means that they will have to go out of the competition!
And in the finale two couples will undergo weigh-in for last time. And the winning couple who shed maximum weight together will have a smashing wedding ceremony as a prize !
