‘Chuck’ and ‘Chase’ gets Full Season Order from NBC

Chuck gets Full Season Order from NBC

‘Chuck’ fans, want some good news? Well, the most adorable spy on TV will be there on DISH Network for at least another full season. Yes, the show got a full-season order from NBC. The icing on the ‘Chuck’ oops …cake? NBC has supersized its order!!! So now, there will be a total of 24 ‘Chuck’ episodes in the upcoming season 4, and not the regular 22 episodes. That’s two episodes more! Yippee!!!

Though ‘Chuck’ hasn’t been great with its ratings this year, NBC has recognized that it has a good number of viewers. Entertainment president Angela Bromstad has said that the satellite TV show has a “loyal, passionate audience.

No doubt that the fans will be very glad to see the famous trio of Morgan Fairchild, Linda Hamilton and Robert Englund in the Oct. 25 episode of the show while Hamilton, Ana Gasteyer and Timothy Dalton will guest star in Nov. 1 episode.

Apart from Chuck, the new action drama ‘Chase’ has also got a full-season order. ‘Undercovers, ‘ which is a J.J. Abrams spy drama didn’t get a pickup from NBC. The show has also struggled in rating. However, NBC has ordered for more scripts for that satellite TV show on DISH Network.

NBC has also given full-season orders to different popular shows like ‘The Event,’ ‘Law & Order: Los Angeles’ and ‘Outsourced.’ Outsourced? Oh yes, but don’t ask me the reason behind the show being renewed!

Out of NBC’s freshman class, ‘Outlaw’ has been canceled along with ‘My Generation’ and ‘Lone Star’ that were cancelled only after a couple of episodes.

So, look forward to enjoy some good seasons of the NBC series on DISH Network. You can also watch them in DISH HD mode.

Seth MacFarlane, the Emmy-nominated creator of “Family Guy,” hosts the festivities and serves as Roast Master in the  satellite  TV  special presentation on Comedy Central.  Along  with  the  hosting he  also takes  some ribbing  of the  roast  himself from the roast regular Jeff Ross.  The  festivity also  includes Pam  Anderson,  who  herself became  a subject of a hilarious riff from MacFarlane and that too in Stewie Griffin voice! Hulk Hogan and Greg Giraldo are  among the people  who play  a  key role  in the festivity. Last  but  not the  list there  is Whitney Cummings, who gets cruel in a rage about fellow comedienne Lisa Lampanelli.

However,  everyone is  saving their best zingers for Hassehoff!  However, let’s be honest, that drunken cheeseburger video alone can keep plenty of comedians in material for weeks!!! Say  what guys?
